Shipping and Delivery
How long is Processing?: Allow 3-4 business days for order processing Monday-Friday. Any orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed the following business day.
How long before my order ships?: All orders will be shipped from our facility within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
TREAT YOUR TEMPLE CO. does not ship on major U.S. holidays or weekends.
U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We (TREAT YOUR TEMPLE CO.) are not responsible for packages that are delayed while in transit; please contact the postal carrier listed in your tracking information.
Please expect a shipping delay during Winter Months, inclement weather, and major holidays.
Please Allow additional arrival time for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Outlying Islands.
LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES:
We do apologize in advance if you happen to experience any issues with receiving your package from INDIE FIT. Please read carefully below to be advised of our policies.
We are responsible for the following:
Lost packages during transit (With correct and completed shipping addresses). We (TREAT YOUR TEMPLE CO.) will offer you store credit via gift card for the inconvenience.
We are NOT responsible for the following:
Lost packages (With incorrect and incomplete shipping addresses). Please contact the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information for assistance.
Packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
Damaged products after receiving your package. We (TREAT YOUR TEMPLE CO.) will offer you store credit for the inconvenience.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
